Children are accepted at ALCLC from 6 weeks through 12 years of age. Parents interested in enrolling their child at ALCLC must tour the facility prior to admission. Call 715/425-6166 to set up a tour and enroll your child. Parents must complete all required enrollment forms prior to admission, and update them periodically. Information obtained on the enrollment forms is confidential. The Director will let you know when updates are required and the due date to return them. Failure to complete the appropriate forms will result in the termination of enrollment due to state non-compliance.
