Curriculum


We know that children learn best when they're actively engaged. We recognize that children are naturally curious. We know they learn critical science, math, reading and writing concepts through hands-on, sensory-oriented activities. ALCLC's curriculum gives children the guidance — and the freedom — to construct their own body of knowledge in ways most meaningful to them.

We believe that all children are talented, capable and special, whether they enjoy music or math, whether they want to be a businessperson or a ballerina. We know that children learn best when they're actively engaged, we give them lots of activities to involve them in concepts and to empower them to find the ways to learn that are right for them. Then we provide plenty of space and time to explore, along with lots of support, love and, of course, fun.

We help each child discover his or her own special talents and expand beyond them. We introduce new concepts in ways that help children internalize knowledge, not just memorize it. Our curriculum helps children develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they'll need to succeed in kindergarten, school and life.
