Admission and Fees
ADMISSION
Children are accepted at ALCLC from 6 weeks through 12 years of age. Parents interested in enrolling their child at ALCLC must tour the facility prior to admission.
Parents must complete all required enrollment forms prior to admission, and update them periodically. Information obtained on the enrollment forms is confidential. A receptionist will let you know when updates are required and the due date to return them. Failure to complete the appropriate forms will result in the termination of enrollment due to state non-compliance.
To guarantee your child’s position, a non-refundable enrollment fee is required. We also require payment of the first week of childcare to hold a position for the child. The registration and holding fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the date your child is scheduled to begin is delayed, you will lose the payment for the first week of childcare. If you opt to cancel your enrollment, you cannot request a refund of enrollment fees or first week of childcare, for any reason other than miscarriage or death.
